So, this review may not be entirely fair, just to preface. I went last night to meet a friend and while we were there a man who was most likely inebriated came in asking some people for $1.50 to help him buy a sandwich. The booth behind us didn't give him anything, and when he came to my booth, my friend gave him some money and made an off-handed comment about his bracelet, something about God answering prayers. The man then flipped out at the women at the booth behind us who hadn't given him anything, and was going on about how they didn't see him, God won't recognize them, whatever. That part was awkward, okay, it happens. The manager was slow in telling the man to leave, as I think that should have been done as soon as the guy started yelling. Once the man was told to leave, the manager came over to my booth a couple times and apologized to us, and we told him it was the people behind us. No biggie. What really irritated me was that there was another older man in there, whom I presume to be a regular since he was chatting with several of the employees, that was pretty much throwing my friend and I under the bus for the drunk guy's behavior, and staring us down while doing it. This man had been in the store almost as long as I was (I waited about 20 minutes for my friend to arrive), and was sitting at a table across from me, staring in my direction. He was wearing sunglasses the whole time, even though it was indoors and the sun had gone down. He also, after the drunk man incident, decided to talk to the manager about how the situation should have been handled, as well as how the whole thing was my friend and I's fault. While there's something to be said for my friend maybe sparking the incident, I will not go back to this Panera because this was just the most bizarre thing I've ever encountered in an eating establishment. It's not the store's fault, I know, but the customers can sometimes make-or-break an impression as well. On a positive note, the employees I interacted with were friendly. This was just too weird for me.

It's a good place to eat if your looking for something healthy/not so healthy. As for the meals themselves, I highly recommend the soup/sandwich combination. I always get the Turkey Focaccia panini (due to the Bacon) and the broccoli cheddar soup (which is the best hangover food EVAR). The pastries are good as well, but I try to stay away from them since the sugar can be a bit too high. As a chain, this place is as good as it can get. The atmosphere is light and welcoming, good place to meet with friends and/or meet new people. It's good for groups and for people watching.

I have to give them 4 stars just because you always get the same good food for a fair price. I usually like their soups (i miss the white chicken chili) and their panini are all good. I love it when the cookies come out of the oven while I'm there. I always find a way to convince myself to get a "duet". All the Panera's are clean and the employees courteous. Never had any problems with any of the stores. I would suggest ordering from the "OFF MENU" some time if you want something different.

Just wanted to write a review to say how great the staff are here. Particularly this one lady with short gray hair. She is soooo cheerful and nice. Panera bread are really lucky to have her. Makes the customer feel special!

So disappointed. I love Panera and visit other locations regularly. However my experience at this location was terrible and I don't know that I'd ever come back to this one. 1st at check out my debit card was declined along with the lady paying next to me that was paying for a meal. We both tried multiple times to no avail. Now I can understand if it was just mine that was a problem but 2 people right next to each other, I don't think so it's a problem with the machine. So to avoid any other delay I just paid cash. After paying I went to sit down at one of the booths and of course I find the table that wobbles and the top is about to fall off. Then my order get called. I had order a Mediterranean egg white sandwich some I order all the time for breakfast at other locations. I went to take a bit and just about half the egg white fell out of the sandwich and was falling apart. Now as I said I've had this item before so I no what it had on it and the cheese was missing. Smh I was so disappointed at this location. The staff seemed to just not care.

I guess this place isn't that bad. Besides the fact that the soda machines smell like stinky socks, the spoons are almost never washed, and the Mac n cheese is microwaved, it's great!

Is there a salad dressing shortage? whats with the 1/4 inch cups that are 1/2 full. You buy a full Size salad anywhere else and you get one big container of dressing. Here you have to request half a dozen. Doesnt make sense. I know no one is going to finish a full size cobb salad with just 1 of these. thats a whole tableapoon of dressing. I guess this is great if your on weight watchers and actually measure out your dressing by the teaspoon. but im not exactly watching my figure. besides the ridiculously small salad dressings, the food is always good, service is typically very good, and its always clean inside. food comes out quick and they even have good breakfast food too.

Very disappointed: my friend found a big chunk of plastic in her grilled cheese sandwich. When she showed it to the managee, they just said: "oh, sorry". That was it! Not a good way to do business, guys. Oh, yes, she was given her money back and offered a bagel, but she has eaten plastic at this place!

Panera is Panera, but Panera is pretty good, so they get four stars. I always get a kick out of the fact that you can order Mac & cheese in a bread bowl, and it comes with a side of bread. Not a place to come if you're scared of carbs. That being said, I usually order the mac & cheese in a bread bowl, because it is fantastic, and I take the side of bread to feed the ducks later. Also, their pumpkin latte is fab, and a big reason why fall is my favorite season.

Love this place, and love the food as well! It's great coming here for fast, yet yummy food. This place isn't far from where I live and I love the variety of what you can get there. Their bagels are super yummy, especially if you get their hazelnut cream cheese or the vegetable cream cheese which is just as good to pair with whatever bagel you get. Some of my favorite things to order are: -SOUP: Personally I love the creamy tomato, broccoli & cheese, and Creamy chicken. The soup menu changes everyday, especially with the seasons. But there are some that are a staple there and can get whenever you please. -SALAD: I personally love the Fuji Chicken Apple Salad. The apple crisp and the dressing that they serve it with it is just delicious! Definitely give it a try if you like fruit in your salad. -Sandwiches: Napa Chicken Salad Sandwich! My ultimate favorite, it's a cold sandwich, but super yummy and healthy too! -Pasta:Tortellini Alfredo and Basil Pesto are my two picks, cheesy, oozy, goodness! Usually I get the "You pick 2" menu since I can never settle on what I want and usually want a little bit of this or that. This place has a great choice of breads, desserts, coffees, drinks, and more. Come in and take some time to relax and enjoy yummy food.

I love visiting my parents & coming to this Panera location because I'm usually greeted by the infamous Vicki who has to seriously be the nicest person in the entire world! She always asks my mother how I am & is so kind & caring to all of the patrons who come into Panera for a delicious bagel or pastry or an expertly made latte! I've never had anything I didn't thoroughly enjoy from this location. Today, I was greeted by Vicki & the manager with genuinely warm smiles & sincere & heartfelt questions about how my father is doing. The hazelnut coffee was freshly made, piping hot & really tasty. Exactly what I needed after a long day in the airport!! I'll be back tomorrow for sure!!

Very crowded a$ton of people as expected but when it came to check out they were very quick and precise I would come back again from time to time price was fair. The only issue is the occasional rude person.

Who hasn't heard of Panera? For a chain, it's a great bagel, soup, and sandwich spot. I love the bread bowl and can't decide which is better: the creamy tomato basil or the cream of chicken. And when it comes to bagels i love the cinnamon crunch with the honey walnut cream cheese. For savory, i go for the asiago cheese with veggie cream cheese. Their menu is constantly changing to fit the seasons, so you never get tired of the menu. There's free refills of soft drinks, coffee, and even iced coffee! It's usually fairly quiet, but can get busy around brunch and weekends, so might not be too good for studying. But they have free wi-fi and a conference room that you can reserve if you have a group project.

I go to this Panera often because it's down the street from my job and it never fails that I get awful service. The food is always great. Panera has awesome food and I love it. But the service is a hassle. However, there's not much more around this area in the way of food that can be driven to, eaten, and have time to drive back to work, in 30 minutes. Multiple times, I've stood in front of the register and have been completely ignored. Last time, I went and stood behind someone at the register, where they were getting their order taken. And when it was my turn she asked me to hold on for a second so I said okay. There was another girl standing right next to the register making drinks. The first girl then went and got some food and stuff for the other person in line, and then went to a different register and started ringing everyone up over there. All of those people had come in after me. Meanwhile, the girl making smoothies just kept looking at me awkwardly but wouldn't jump on the register or anything. By the time the first girl was done ringing up everyone on the other register, I had been waiting for 15 minutes. Then she ran some more errands around before finally coming back to me another 5 minutes later to ask what I wanted. If this had been a sit-down restaurant and she was my waitress, she would not have gotten a tip. The time before that, I got hit on by 3 different employees and one of them asked me for my number. I'm sorry but I'm just trying to eat and leave. Don't bother me. The time before that, the manager was on the register and he rang up a completely different sandwich than I ordered. And every time I've asked for a cookie, I've been given a rock hard piece of charcoal. Super burnt cookie. :(

Just like any other Panera, over priced. I do give them credit for having good food specially there soups. Located in a very busy plaza with Wal-Mart near by and Hair Cuttery this place is always busy. I have been a fan of Panera for a while but would Rather spend less and eat the same some where else and also there breads are pretty good.

Panera is good sit down fast food. Order, wait for your name to be called, grab your food and sit down to eat. At least you have real plates, bowls and utensils. The food is consistently good. Their baked good looks delicious and they bake bread fresh in house. I always get the same thing. Like Julianne E. I get the you pick two with French onions soup and a half of sandwich. Usually frontega chicken or turkey artichoke. I like that they offer organic milk and yogurt with the kids meal. And, it looks like they finally got some new hot paninis and they now give free refills on lemonade. Yum!

We visit this place frequently. I finally got mypaneracard. And Guess what?! I have two free sweet treats waiting for me. One for signing up and the other for my Birthday!! It didn't expire on my birthday which is nice, I was wicked full that day. lol! I usually get the pick two, french onion soup and whatever sandwich I'm in the mood for. I usually get water instead of a soda. Everything has been good. I didn't really like the baked potato soup. Wasn't flavorful enough for me. The service is fast, we never wait for any period of time for our food. Will continue to go back, as they keep giving me free sweet treats! lol!

Salads, soups, sandwiches and delicious pastries. For the health conscious and not so health conscious there is something for everyone at Panera. In general, I'm a huge fan of the Thai Chicken Salad. But I'm also partial to the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad and the clam chowder soup. And when I feel like adding to my waistline, I'll indulge in a cinnamon roll. So good! Panera is a great place for dining with friends or family or, since they offer free wi-fi, setting up your laptop and getting some work done. They also have some very tasty tea! This particular location is quite spacious with a nice, but small, outdoor seating area. The only downfall is it's location next to a Walmart. Parking can get a bit tricky at times but convenient if you have other shopping to do.

Panera Panera Panera! Nothing beats coming to a nice clean bakery to grab a coffee/tea and a pastery to let the time fly by. Panera is hit or miss depending on the staff who's cooking the food. Nothing too extravagant to mention but nothing too astonishing to rag them about either. If you've been to one Panera you pretty much have been to them all. The location of this place is a bit to be desired. Parking is always a situation and make sure when you're crossing the road you look both ways! Cars seem to miss you around the twisty and turning portion of this plaza!

I love bread so naturally I love Panera. And their broccoli cheddar soup. :) Mmm! It's also just a nice, low-key place to have an early or late lunch. I would never go here right at noon, no thanks! Too busy.

What do you want? Its a Panera Bread. What can I say about this location? I usually get hit on by one cute high school boy or another. I love the new menu board that has the calorie count of the menu items on it, (which is why I have given it such a high rating). Everyone at this location is always pleasant and helpful. I can't say that about other locations. Their black bean soup, is delicious!
